For the month of April Crust® special bakes include: On Monday we have Fougasse Round, which is a French version of the Italian focaccia. The Fougasse is a flavorful loaf made with a touch of rye flour, dried thyme, olive oil and Kalamata olives. Wednesday’s bring us Cinnamon Swirl Pan Loaf — a generous sugar-cinnamon swirl in soft, white bread. On Friday we get Cherry Walnut, which is a white pan loaf with toasted walnuts and tart, dried cherries. And the Bread of the Month is City White — a classic Italian white bread with a dense crust and soft, white interior.
