March is a great month for bread from Crust The Bread of the Month is their City White loaf. This is a crusty Italian loaf with a soft center — great for sandwiches.
This month you will also find their Irish Soda Bread, a traditional brown bread made with oats and buttermilk, and Landbrot mit Sauerkraut, a bread made with rye flour, ground caraway, and tangy sauerkraut!
