The rosés are beginning to arrive! Rosés are great for backyard bbq’s and sipping in the park. They are becoming incredibly popular. Rosé wine is made by juicing red grapes and then allowing the juice to soak with the skins for a short period, usually only two to three days. As soon as the juice begins to take on the desired color the winemaker desires, the skins are removed and the juice allowed to ferment, creating delicious rosé.
