
The Bread of the Month from Crust this March is their City White. This is a classic crusty Italian loaf with a soft crumb interior. This month you will also find Crust’s Irish Soda Bread and their Landbrot mit Sauerkraut, a farm loaf made with rye flour, ground caraway and sauerkraut.
