This month’s bread of the month is Crust’s City White loaf. It is a crusty Italian white bread with a soft crumb interior — great for sandwiches.
During March you will also see Crust’s Irish Soda Bread and their Landbrot Mit Sauerkraut, a loaf made with rye flour, ground caraway, and tangy sauerkraut.
